COLD BREW: with the Eletta Explore you can prepare cold brew in less than 3 minutes. The water bypasses the heating unit and reaches the brewing chamber at ambient temperature. The brewing process is characterised by the pulsation of the pump and is carried out at low pressure, with the coffee extracted dropwise, similar to the classic drip extraction.
